We are looking for experienced chefs to join a seasonal kitchen team in a scenic location just 40 minutes from Stockholm.

Who we are looking for:
Chef
Responsibilities:
- preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards (a-la-carte);
- maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area;
- managing food inventory and ordering supplies;
- ensuring food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards;
- following food safety regulations and health codes.
Requirements:
- conversational level of English, Swedish would be an advantage;
- previous experience working in a kitchen - must have.
Your profile:
- attention to detail to ensure dishes are prepared and presented correctly;
- good time management to keep the kitchen running efficiently during busy hours;
- strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff;
- creativity and a passion for food and cooking;
- strong work ethic, staying focused even under pressure;
- adaptability in handling unexpected situations;
- good communication skills;
- physical stamina to work long hours on foot;
- strong organizational skills.
What the employer offers:
- full-time employment;
- shift work including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours - earliest start is from 10.00 and latest shift ends at 23.00;
